Spanning approximately 63,000 sqm, the site boasts a rich history dating back over 150 years to 1863, when Friedrich Espenschied established a cement factory here.  In February 2023, AVENTOS acquired the site with the vision of transforming it into a sustainable commercial quarter featuring a multi-tenant structure. Through a meticulous blend of preservation, revitalisation, and new construction, we are in the process of developing a business park that not only pays homage to its historic roots but also offers modern working environments that adhere to the highest standards of sustainability and user-friendliness.
